Timely, thorough and courteous
Mychael communicated well, was punctual and courteous. He listened to usdue and evaluated the dryer beyond prior issues. He identified small parts that were worn and needed replacement.

Who cannot love an admire a truly professional dedicated genuine and soul. Not only did Jules fixed our washing machine he also enlightened us on proper maintenance which we neglected out of ignorance.
