Refrigerator repair
The service on the refrigerator done by Trenton was great. He was professional and did an excellent job and was able to solve the issue quickly.

Was able to install the part and fix the issue that I first called about in the beginning of December. He was polite, professional, and listened when I described the issue which the previous tech was not. If Christopher was the only tech I worked with, I would use Sears Home Services again but the tech before him was so horrible as well as the automated appointment system that I will use another company for repairs. Christopher however was great!

Although we could not find the origin of the sqweeky noise that starts at the beginning of the cycle and stops shortly thereafter. However, we have a path forward. All parts of the dryer appear to be functioning properly. If it gets worse or more prolonged in duration, we will look at it again. Mohammad was very nice and took great care of my dryer parts.
