Best of the best!!!
Very friendly and respectful. Fixed the freezer on our refrigerator and tested out before leaving to ensure it right. This young man is excellent at his job. Sears is very fortunate to have this kind of repairman and could use more just like him. Excellent is the perfect word for him. Please keep him around as long as we have our appliances. I just cant say enough about this young professional!!! Thank you Andrew.

Being without an oven to bake in the winter is not fun. But the Cape Crusader Mark flew in, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and returned to install and get us baking together. Champion. All joking aside this was a pleasant and great experience.

James arrived at time expected on Monday and was professional and friendly. He discovered the issue with my oven and after I agreed to proceed with the repair, ordered the part needed and set up a return visit for Thursday to complete the repair. He arrived first thing today and completed the work in about 25 minutes. Oven is up and running again and I am more than satisfied with the experience. Definitely 5 stars! No complaints!!

He was here less than 10minutes. I demand the service call not deducted from the $150 discount coupon! I told three people, on the phone, the issue was the circuit board. I gave the model number, took pictures. The technician should have received this information! Only a call, not service call, to tell me the part is not available! Also, the technician signed for me! I ask that the discount coupon go back to $150!
