Our clothes dryer quit heating. Sears came out and diagnosed it but didn't have the parts on hand. Parts were ordered with a target date of receipt of Feb 3rd 2025. Parts arrived on Jan 28th. I tried 8 times to advance the date for repair unsucessfully - as I could confirm the date listed as open but they couldn't confirm it on their end. NOT A GOOD SYSTEM!
