Clevens called and verified the problem, said he would be there in 25 minutes, he was. He efficiently found the problem, fixed it, checked the registers, checked the coolant and everything was completed in about 30 minutes. An excellent technician

Jose was on time and thorough in his detection of the problem with our refrigerator. Prior to setting the appointment for him to come, I talked with someone in the parts department to make sure that parts still existed for our 11 yr old refrigerator. That person said that there were over 100 different parts that related to the problem we were having. As it turned out, one part that was needed could not be obtained. It seems to me that in that situation, a discount to the service fee should be given since I would not have booked the service if I knew that the needed part was not available. I am thankful to Jose for finding this out before I proceeded to book a repair.
