Mohammad was punctual, courteous, and has restored some faith in people working in the repair service industry. While he was in my home he was polite, friendly, professional while diagnosing the issue with our dryer. He did not treat us as just another number or stop on his busy day. My advice is to hire more people like Mohammad, or have him train them.
