Neal called early in the day to establish a timeline. He kept me informed & let me know when he was 20 minutes away. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable & went to work immediately. He described what he was doing, why, & answered all my questions. I am VERY happy with the visit & the results. Sears is lucky to have him.

Gregg was quite late on the appointment, but that may not have been his fault. He fixed the problem. He spent a good deal of time finding the problem while checking out all the possibilities. He was very knowledgeable and found out what had happened. Gregg was very polite and friendly which made everything pleasant. I hope to have him again if I ever need service in the future.
