Ahmed was very professional and very knowledgeable. He ran a test, and fixed what needed to be fixed in a timely manner. He also explained everything he did to the washer/dryer to me. HOWEVER, your scheduling system is horrific. I left my office three times today to make sure I was there when the technician arrived. First, I left at 8:30 am, then at 11:30 am, and one last time at 1:15 pm. At one point while accessing the app, I was told that I did not have an appointment. Your scheduling system needs help.

Edgar showed up promptly at 8:00 AM this morning and was able to quickly determine what was wrong with my 20-year old Kenmore washer. Unfortunately, it's the motor that finally gave out on the machine. Edgar gave me a cost estimate for repair, but the cost was more than I felt reasonable to pay for repairs. I have opted to look for a new washer. Edgar J was very helpful and cordial. I was grateful that he was able to attend to my concerns and questions first thing today.
