It took over a month for the parts and labor to get approved. The general phone number directs you to someone in Asia; unable to speak with someone in the US. Automated AI rescheduled appointment twice, unable to speak to anyone. Dispatch and AI notification not on same page. Very disappointed. Technician was courteous and on time. Explain what needed to be done to my refrigerator.
