Efrain was very polite arrived when he said, very knowledgeable and worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. I'm so satisfied Efrain ordered all the parts that was needed and now my washer is working and quiet.

Bernard called 30 min before arriving and arrived well within the window of time given for the appt. He immediately went to work, figured out the problem, fixed the issue, cleaned up everything and put the dryer back in place. He showed us what was wrong, what was going to be fixed, and made sure we were happy with the end result. He was quick, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He saved us from having to buy a new dryer and for that I am grateful. Thanks Bernard for your fine work!
