Determination
Edward was very professional. He told us step to step what he was going to do . He never gave up fixing the refrigerator that is 24 years old. We now have water and ice!! Very caring and friendly. We were very happy to have Edward here to fix it. I would recommend Edward to anyone.

Technician was friendly and knowledgeable, not satisfied on how long it took for the necessary parts to be delivered after it was ordered by the technician. Multiple reschedule because of parts order not available to the technician.

I really liked Enrique. He was very professional and got the job done quickly. My only negative is that there is a scratch on the floor that wasn't visible before. He did use the floor mat. Overall, I give him 5 stars.
