Walter called a hour before to give a an approximate time he would be here. Then he let me know when he was on his way. He was very pleasant, and listened to the proble with the oven. He diagnosed the problem and gave me the cost of the repair once he scanned the bar card. He was meticulous and neat in his work. He demonstrated that the oven was repaired. He explained that there would be some odor initially due to the oil on the new part having to burn off. Walter was right, and the odor went away after about 5 minutes with oven on. Walter was very professional in his work. I was very glad to have him as technician, as I am confident in the working condition of my stove. Thank you!!
