I appreciated the work of Richard, he confirmed what was wrong, went and got the parts and then installed. I did have a problem with machine shaking too hard during one of the cycles, okay on next wash. Will call you if continues.Also want to mention Greg on video appointment who was very helpful in set up this appointment and details that had not be solved by your AI tech, finally got to talk to a live person. Hope I can continue to feel confident with this repair service .

Don is an excellent technician, a real professional . Sears customer service stinks, the automated system is very restrictive, no interaction, take it or leave it approach! This rigid auto system puts a shadow over the real service the technicians like Don provide.
