The sears ai automated service completely sucks. Cancelled me twice and when I got through to a person, they dropped the ball too. But the technician, Frank, was a solid 5. Thanks Frank. Sears, fix your automated service!!!

I rate the service provided by Christopher as excellent. I rate Sears selling me an appliance that after two years parts are not available as unacceptable. I feel as if fraud was committed on the part of Sears. I believe Sears should provide me with a new washer or I may be forced to take legal action.
