Professional, friendly, timely, smart! John is awesome! We live in an old row home with very skinny doorways. They don't make dryers 25 inches deep anymore. If we had to get a new one, we would've had to get one of those small portable or stackable ones which we didn't want. John was able to quickly assess what was wrong with the dryer, explain to me what was needed, and fix it. All within about 30 minutes. Would absolutely recommend! You can tell he knows his stuff!
