It was a very long ordeal, starting in August 2024. Having to deal with AI bots & unable to speak & converse with a human to explain the problem is so frustrating. I was scheduled and rescheduled 15 times. Obviously, something is definitely wrong with how your system is managed & operated. Fortunately, my issues were resolved once a human got involved. Your repairmen have been professional, respectful and friendly and since I have an extended warranty, I will continue to rely on the Sears service I have received over the past few decades, and I sincerely hope Sears will continue to value me as a customer.
