Hector was super great and knowledgeable. He fixed our washing machine and explained what happened! He assisted us explaining the yearly repair plans that Sears offers! Sears is so lucky to have such a dedicated employee!

I was very happy with Daniel bringing my old washer back to life. He knew right off the bat what was wrong. And in about 2 mins he had a price for me on the parts and labor. And he talked me through things that he would recommend and let me decide from there. And once we had a game plan, he went right to work and was done in a jiffy! Y'all need to keep Daniel.
