I do not know what to think about Sears Service.
Joshua is the second repairman to come for the same repair. He claims he fixed it. It has been about a month since I first requested a repair of the washer which is just over a year old. Meanwhile dirty clothes, towels and bleeding have piled up. The first repairman did not order the correct parts the firsts time. Days passed, 2 parts later and a second repairman who claims it is fixed. I am almost afraid to check it it. This is not the Sears I once knew.

Joe was fantastic. He did a great job talking us through what was happening with the fridge, and letting us know the options and good versus bad potential outcomes. Pleasant and very knowledgeable. Great customer service!

Abdul was great - fast and walked us through all our options for repair. He was also so good with my small child and having animals and n the house. Would welcome him back to my home for a repair if needed in the future.

Jesus arrived earlier than expected, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the refrigerator cooling/working in less than an hour. He explained everything, made sure all questions were answered, cleaned up any water, gave recommendations. All work very efficient, professional, friendly & knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
