Martin was a pleasure. I was lucky enough to have him for the diagnosis of issues & completion of repairs after the parts arrived. He was a pleasure to talk to, courteous, thorough, ensured there was no mess, and did an excellent job of completing the repairs in a timely fashion. He pleasantly presented himself and saw the old washer, complimenting it as a very good washer. He listened carefully to my issues and checked the appropriate parts. He replaced some worn pieces and tested the washer before leaving. He even said to call back if the problem returns and suggested that the lid might have an issue if the load becomes unbalanced. Adjusting the load should bring the lid down to the proper level to continue the cycle if the pausing issue returns. His explanation was simple to understand and very appreciated. Thank you, Johnny and Sears, for the expertise.
