We had water on the floor after using our washer. Steve couldn't find a leak in the washer, so he kept looking until he found that the faucet the washer hose was attached to was the culprit. He turned the water supply to this line off until we can have the washer in the faucet replaced. Good job, Steve!!

When the first repairman came, he identified a broken belt as my problem and ordered a new one. The total estimate was in the three hundred dollar plus range, but still cheaper to repair than buying a new dryer. A second repairman came out to put on the belt and identified two more parts that needed replacement. The repair cost increased over what it would have cost me to buy a new dryer. If I was given the correct total repair cost at first estimate, I would have declined to buy a new dryer. The repairman should know to look for the cause of a broken belt. Beyond that, all the repairman were nice guys that I liked.
