James arrived at time expected on Monday and was professional and friendly. He discovered the issue with my oven and after I agreed to proceed with the repair, ordered the part needed and set up a return visit for Thursday to complete the repair. He arrived first thing today and completed the work in about 25 minutes. Oven is up and running again and I am more than satisfied with the experience. Definitely 5 stars! No complaints!!

He was here less than 10minutes. I demand the service call not deducted from the $150 discount coupon! I told three people, on the phone, the issue was the circuit board. I gave the model number, took pictures. The technician should have received this information! Only a call, not service call, to tell me the part is not available! Also, the technician signed for me! I ask that the discount coupon go back to $150!

I've never had a problem with using Sears home service. Our technician, Monty was courteous, timely, efficient and very knowledgeable about the washer that needed to be repaired. We appreciated his helpfulness and suggestions for avoiding future problems.
