Very friendly and respectful. Fixed the freezer on our refrigerator and tested out before leaving to ensure it right. This young man is excellent at his job. Sears is very fortunate to have this kind of repairman and could use more just like him. Excellent is the perfect word for him. Please keep him around as long as we have our appliances. Being without an oven to bake in the winter is not fun. But the Cape Crusader Mark flew in, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and returned to install and get us baking together. Champion. All joking aside this was a pleasant and great experience.
