Solved problem quickly and promptly

Dan was great but am tired of appointments being changed and having to keep Checking for changes in the tech link. Sears should call if they are rescheduling. This has happened several times. Also the wait was ridiculous 3-4 weeks without a dish washer - really? We never had that before with Sears - you need to hire more service men.

Edward was very professional. He told us step to step what he was going to do . He never gave up fixing the refrigerator that is 24 years old. We now have water and ice!! Very caring and friendly. We were very happy to have Edward here to fix it. I would recommend Edward to anyone.

Technician was friendly and knowledgeable, not satisfied on how long it took for the necessary parts to be delivered after it was ordered by the technician. Multiple reschedule because of parts order not available to the technician.
