The technician was excellent. The system ordering the required part marked the part as "delivered". The technician couldn't find the part at the time for our appointment; it turned out that the system had failed to order the part, and the technician had to reorder. This delayed our repair by one week. We almost canceled. This is not acceptable.

Supurb service to diagnose electronic circuit board problem on aging refrigerator. All necessary parts were no longer available. Cost, if available too high. Best to replace unit if it fails again. Work around to immediate replacement. Very satisfied. I hope I always get Rob for service visits.
