Armando tried to fix my ice maker so it would work but he couldn't get into the wires under the refrigerator. They were to fa back. He contacted someone to explain the problem and they tried to find a new bisk door but were not able.Some one is suppose to call or email me to give me an option about getting a new refrigerator in a few days. Everything works except I can't get any ice for the ice maker. I can get water but not ice.

I am very pleased with Erick's work in finally getting my refrigerator working again. I am not not pleased with Sears for cancelling the repair appointment over five times since December and markng those cancellations as if they were at my request, leaving me without any refrigerator in the house and two minor children to care for without a refrigerator! After all these years with you and your warranty, and very few claims, I would have thought Sears would have been more responsible in their response time.
