Happy valentines Sears repair center! Our repair person was a real hard working women. She repaired my stove in 2.2 seconds. She came in assessed my stove and assured me it would be repaired. She went to her van to grab the part she needed, she came back in and it was done in 1.0 second upon her return. The girl is bad in a great way.

We were not happy when Sears Home Service gave us a service arrival time of 8am to 5pm, forcing us to stay home all day long. Especially when we requested service 5 days earlier. BUT, Stephen made up for all of that. Even though he got here at 4:50pm, he had a great attitude and took the time to explain everything to us. He diagnosed our issue the first time without any issues. Very professional and polite.

The technician who came out today was the ONLY good thing about my dealing with Sears! I will never recommend Sears again and I will tell everyone who will listen about these past few weeks trying to get my washing machine fixed. Some of your people are not trained to even answer a phone!

Erek arrived exactly on time. He was thoughtful, courteous and professional. He followed up with me later in the day to inform me they no longer make parts for my water heater and that he has submitted the order to have a new one installed. He said to call him if I have any problems getting the new installation scheduled and he will follow up with the scheduling department for me.
