I went online to schedule a technician to check my dryer as this was not heating. The system sent me an email and text reminder of my appointment. The day of my appointment I got a text message with the link for the expected time for the technician to arrive. It was very well organized appointment from the beginning to the end. The technician was very professional and very savvy. He did fixed the issue. These people know their stuff.
