The tech arrived as scheduled and was courteous and professional in his manner. He appeared to be very knowledgeable about the appliance, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had the replacements parts with him. I was very impressed that someone texted me a couple of days before the appointment to request the model number and details about the malfunction; they said they would use that information to start diagnosing the issue and make sure the tech brought the appropriate parts with him.
