Caden was very professional, thorough, and tried to be helpful. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend him. The problem for us came later when I needed to explore the compressor warranty, as there was no sticker to show 10-year warranty. After calling three "customer service" numbers provided by Kenmore -- one which was defunct -- I realized I was in an unhelpful loop. The Kenmore Customer Service representative could read Caden's report of his visit, but could not order the compressor under the warranty. I gave up and bought a new fridge from a different company. Caden was great -- the problem was Sears and Kenmore customer support.

Conner came in, introduced himself and began working on our dryer. Unfortunately, a part had to be ordered, and it came in no time. He came back and fixed the dryer and we both, my husband and I, are very appreciative of conner for his mannerism, professionalism, his respect for our property and us. Thanks so much Conner

John came out due to my washer would not start, because the door would not lock. Guess it didn't want to be fixed because it worked, when he started it. I told him It only does it intermitted. John let me know that it couldn't be fixed until it happens more frequently or stopped. Lucky for me I did take a video and was able to show him what it does when it does shut down. Thank you so much John for your patient and explaining thing to me. Great customer service. Kudos!

Had a problem with my dryer. Contacted Sears Home Services and Roger came out found the problem, replace the part causing the issue. Come to find out, I still had an issue and Roger again came out and replaced my Drum Wheel. I really appreciate the great service. Roger you are welcome to come fix all my appliances when they break down. Totally recommend them.
