James was good arrived at 7:40pm!! He was in College Station. This was my 5th appointment with SEARS one month and counting. I Think this was way to long for a repair appt. with dates sitting and waiting. You ask me to confirm on my phone but then you email when you cancel! I feel the communication should all be by phone. Don't bounce from phone to computer.
