Ricardo L was awesome. He had to come out and rerepair my refrigerator after someone had already came out a couple weeks prior and claimed they had repaired it. The day the first man left it started doing the same thing it was doing before he supposedly repaired it. Ricardo came and assessed the problem, ordered the parts, came back and the problem was fixed. Not only did he fix my refrigerator, he fixed my washer the same day in the same manner. Ricardo is very intelligent, polite and professional. Thanks Ricardo...I will request you everytime.
