I was very happy with Daniel bringing my old washer back to life. He knew right off the bat what was wrong. And in about 2 mins he had a price for me on the parts and labor. And he talked me through things that he would recommend and let me decide from there. And once we had a game plan, he went right to work and was done in a jiffy! Y'all need to keep Daniel. He is the only one that truly listen to me, and got to the root of the problem. The technician I head out couple of months before him just seem to blow me off and did the bare minimum and left and the problem persisted which I knew it would. When he showed up, I knew he would take care of it cause I've had them before and he's very good technician.
