Professional and Knowledgable
Communication was good, service was professional and very helpful explaining the issue causing the problem. Shared the next steps as to what I could expect as far as communication and problem solving if the part could not be located and the washer would likely need to be replaced.

He was in the area when I booked a repair online. He showed up within 30 minutes and diagnosed the problem immediately. It was fixed 10 minutes later. Other than a large labor charge for a few minutes work, it was terrific.

He kept me informed about the work throughout the process until the job was completed.
