I hope anyone else who needs their appliances serviced will be lucky enough to get Alessandro. He came on time and checked all 4 of my appliances that were covered by the Sears Master Protection agreement. He took the time to check each appliance(refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer). All are in great working condition(all were bought in 2005)
