Washer repair
Charles service was fantastic. He called to let us know when he was on his way. Performed the service repairs and ordered parts that he had to come back to install on a second visit. He really was professional and left the work area the way he found it. I would highly recommend Chuck if you need service.

Al was excellent. He is the only reason I would continue to pay for the sears protect warranty. The fact that the sears protect customer service is in another country and they do not employ enough technicians gives them as a whole 1 star. I was 44 days without a washer due to the lack of help they have for appliance repair.
