Refrigerator 's freezer problem.
There was a problem with ice build up inside the freezer and leaking water onto the floor. He diagnosed the problem. Apparently the was some type if drain blockage and the leaking water was due to ice build up because the door is not being closed and sealed properly. He removed food ( and food trays ). He removed months old "caked on" ice, and cleaned the melted ice. Finally, neatly replaced the trays and food back where it belongs.

Gary was pleasant to talk to and was good at explaining what was wrong and how to fix it. Compressor fan had frozen in ice and could not turn. Need to unplug refrigerator for 3 to 4 days to get all of ice melted.
