Although it was undetermined what is causing the random noise from our fridge, the technician was very thorough at checking things out and adjusting a few hoses and cleaning the vent. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Your repairman was very knowledgeable, pleasant he worked quickly and was very neat I was very happy when he finished and my machine is working once again Your office help on the other hand have no idea of what they are doing they over talk you and assume you are calling to make a new appointment. I also have the feeling they are working from home as not only did she rush the call and o er talk me and just made yet another appointment I had to deal with what sounded like crying and screaming children in the room. My machine is fixed and hopefully someone will cancel the other couple of appointments your office has made for me. I also requested she mail me contract I have entered with your company but I have not received it. I have other people interested but if I have nothing to show them i don't believe they will join.
