He had the washmachine repaired in no time. It was only the time he was scheduled to come to my 8a.m. - 12p.m. He didn't show at my house until 4p.m. And when you try to call Sear home service you only get a recorded robot answering machine not a live person who can answer why is the Sears repair person is not arriving in the scheduled time windows.
