When Service Technician : ALONZO arrived at my home , I explained that my Kenmore Dishwasher was NOT Completing the cycle ( just WASH and DRAIN, over and over again He immediately narrowed down the problem , with it NOT cycling to COMPLETION and fixed the issue, through his knowledge and past experience with problems of this nature His service was exceptional , He excelled in targeting the problem quickly Within the next 2 1/2hours my Kenmore Dishwasher , was up and running Correctly , Once the "Normal Wash" cycle was Started , it Cycled all the way to "Completed" The "GREEN" light had lit up, for the first time in nearly 2 months PS- It has been a virtual Nightmare , NOT being able to use my Kenmore Dishwasher, until NOW Washing and drying by hand is no fun at all Thank you, ALONZO G.
