William was right on it. in short order he knew precisely what the issue was and explained what is involved in making the repair and will search for OEM parts, a fan, which was not available because this unit is tagged as outdated and no OEM part was available. I asked William to leave the part number for the part/s in the event I could locate a used part. If not I will replace the refrigerator... I had purchased this refrigerator knowing it was new old stock, It lasted three years. Tell William Thanks.
