The part had been shipped directly to me which had not been made clear to me to expect that. Therefore I called to reschedule the appointment earlier. Steve called in advance to give us his estimated arrival time. He arrived promptly as promised. Gave him the parts of which there were two although we found only one was needed. He installed the part and explained how it worked. He checked the operation and asked if we had any questions. He was very professional.

My technician was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about kenmore refrigerators. He changed my water filter, set the ice machine and vacuum out the space at the bottom of the refrigerator to help improve the airflow. The refrigerator is working fine now. Thank you
