David Y did an outstanding job today! Excellent customer service! We had our washer and dryer fixed and saved us from buying a brand new washer and dryer, not to mention our microwave and oven was repaired as well. Sears saved us a bundle of money!

Loved the experience with Logan A. He was very knowledgeable and very kind. Explained problem clearly and showed me the damaged parts while doing the repair. Cleaned up the area before leaving. Just a great experience. I'd call Sears for a repair again.
