Excellent. Darrell was professional. Quickly diagnosed the problem and methodically went about repairing/cleaning the Kenmore Dryer. He left the work area clean, cleaner than prior to his arrival. Definitely knows machines. Highly recommend him and Sears Svc.

He did a great job. Was about an hour and a half late. But I can except that for all he had gone through on the job before me. But Sears needs to do better in keeping customers update if a technician is hung up on a job.
