Medi Q got the job done in no time but getting him here was a nightmare. The first email I received said he'd be here around 11:15 and I was 4th in line. From there arrival times and my place in line bounced around like a rubber ball and there is no way to communicate online with an actual human being. By the way, Medi Q finally arrived shortly after 4:00 in the afternoon.

he communicated with me the whole time he let me know what his arrival time was and was on time, polite, and courteous when he enter my home he shared good information for me how to take care of my products. He was knowledgeable about the product and I appreciate that information. Thank you.

Tony did a great job fixing our clothes dryer that wasn't heating. However, our dryer blew its fuse again after a few loads and I needed to make a warranty recall appointment. That was a disaster. Customer service created an appointment, but somehow put in an address in a DIFFERENT STATE, and the phone number was wrong. I tried to correct it, but the chatbot ran me in circles. The phone bot texted a self-service link to a site that DIDN'T WORK. And I found no way to get back to a HUMAN for help. I ended up manually cancelling and requesting a new appointment myself. But Tony had to re-categorize it as a "recall" because there was no way for me to do it online. This all took a TON of my time and was very frustrating. My dryer works now and I hope I never have to interact with Sears customer service again.

Brandon did an excellent job with the resources he had at hand. It would have been best for Brandon and I had he been i formed that the model number of dishwasher that I needed service no longer had any parts available. No repairs could be made . He could have gone to a job were he could do repairs rather drive the distance to my house and not be able to do any repairs.
