Was able to diagnose, order correct parts and provide follow thru. My problem is never with the technicians it is with the master Protection agreement in General. It used to be awesome, I have used it for over 30 years but your service has gone downhill. Hard to actually speak to anyone on the phone if you need to go higher up the later, many missed no call no show appointments. no communication at all, transferring to many people in different countries that you can't understand and can never really answer any questions, put on hold for hours. Your Sears service repair guys are still great but your service needs a lot of improvement.
