Romero, was very knowledgeable of the washer and dryer and repaired the dryer in minimal time and was very proficient at what he did. He cleaned my washer and it's entirety and the vents from the dryer were were cleaned of any lint. I think he did an excellent job

I previously had a contract that covered only appliances and it was less expensive than the one I was sold this time. and it was cheaper. I did not want or use the furnace or air conditioner service as I already had that from a local firm and wanted to stay with them. I will reconsider going with Sears next time around as it is more costly. The service men were very nice and did the repair quickly and all is working great! Do you give seniors a discount?
