Roosevelt was a very nice man and showed up right when he said he would. His work was clean an eat and said he tested the system prior to to leaving and said there were no leaks. I'll test this weekend to be sure. I rate him a five if he is right. Thanks.

Macho was very professional, knowledgeable. On time, and courteous.. The really problem was the refrigerator. It needs a new fan and the part is out of stock. No more KENMORE for me. It's 5 year's old and 3rd call for repair work.

We were very pleased with the repair work done by Vonzell. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was very knowledgeable about our type of Kenmore washing machine. Unfortunately, he didn't have the part, but he ordered it immediately and set a date to return to complete the repair. And now our washing machine works fine thanks to Vonzell. The company is very fortunate to have him as an employee.
