Washer repair
Steven worked diligently at replacing the ordered parts even though removing a part from the machine proved challenging. His knowledge of the machine and his experience replacing the part made the repair possible to complete. It's apparent his experience allowed him to determined the major problem of the washer. Excellent technician.
