Joe did an exceptional job. Getting a date for the repair was unacceptable. You sent a repairman before that was not gas certified. Then someone completed the job and never showed up at the house. Not sure if I will keep you as a repair service

Your technician, Robert, was fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable and he fixed the problem in a short time. However, your AIBot system is a disaster. My previous 2 appointments were canceled and it's impossible to speak to an actual human. I ended up contacting Sears credit card and they intervened. Shameful!
