1 of 2) Johnny is one of the best professional individuals ever coming into our home! He was comfortable with knowledge, and certainly made us comfortable with his presence. 2 of 2) Regarding our Sears Protection Agreement, please forward the following information to the proper Sears department: From December 30, 2024 thru February 20, 2025, -multible 800 telephone calls for stove/range issue -talking with outsourcing in Philippines and India -being transferred to multiple "teams" -having multiple home appointments being delayed/changed/no shows which cost us money having to stay home from work each time -three technicians came into our home, giving three differant reports -multiple times parts were ordered and cancelled At this time, 02/21/2025, our stove/range is still not fixed DUE TO PARTS NOT AVAILABLE! We're told the parts needs to be removed from our stove/range to be repaired. A repaired part is not acceptable, not knowing how long it will work and what options will then be available to replace our stove/range.
