I was very pleased with the technician. He was very knowledgeable patient and efficient with doing his job. I've been having trouble with this washing machine for several years now and have been replacing a lot of parts. He finally recommended for me to have a new washing machine, because the part is discontinued.

The technician called me in the morning to let me know the approximate time of arrival . This is important because I was able to organize muy day around this scheduled. He arrived on time, greeted my friendly and proceeded to correct the washing machine. Excellent job. Very satisfied.

Cornelius was an excellent maint, repairer, but your operator who schedule my appt. sucks. You guys hire the worse people!!! I keep getting cancelled while home waiting for the tech to arrive. This is the most horrible expierence I ever received in all the years I was with you guys. Just Terrible!!!
