Great service and hard worker
Dennis was terrific. The problem was difficult but he was very pleasant through the entire repair. I think he should get a raise! That repair was not easy! Thank you for such great service!

Repair service by 2 Sears techs over 3 weeks (part needed) was great and appreciated. However, two 3-week delays in appointments were disappointing and the Sears website and frustrating phone system were substandard. I received a voicemail message the day before the final service visit that I had to reschedule (which turned out to be false) and it was impossible to get around the various phone firewalls to get to a live person. The last was a "bot" - which was about as helpful as bot-ulism. I am not sure I will renew.
