Nazim was extremely courteous and quickly analyzed the source of a frustrating water leak. He fixed it promptly, explaining what was wrong and how he corrected the problem. Not only was he was extremely knowledgeable about repairing my refrigerator, but he also provided helpful tips on how I can keep it running well. Wish all repair technicians could be as good as Nazim.
